Deposit & Basket Policy
By placing a deposit, the customer agrees to all Charmville policies and acknowledges that all deposits are strictly non-refundable. A $50 deposit is required to open and secure a basket for up to 14 days from the date of payment. For extended holding periods of up to 28 days, a minimum deposit of $75 is required, with an additional $10 fee for every 7 days thereafter; this holding fee does not contribute toward the basket total. If the agreed holding period expires without full payment or prior arrangement, all items will be returned to stock and the deposit will be forfeited in full.

Claim & Purchase Policy
All items claimed during live sessions or requested from the market or warehouse are considered confirmed purchases. A claim is not a reservation or expression of interest, but a commitment to purchase and complete payment once the invoice is issued. As items are sourced, secured, and prepared promptly, including same-day packing and shipping processes, Charmville does not allow cancellations, returns, or refunds on any claimed or purchased items.

Shipping & Responsibility Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over $59.90 for new customers. Once an order has been shipped, Charmville is not responsible for tracking or delivery updates, as this becomes the responsibility of the customer and the shipping carrier; a confirmation email with tracking details will be provided upon shipment. Once a parcel has left China, Charmville is not liable for any loss, failed delivery, delays, damage, or parcels held by shipping carriers or security authorities. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items comply with their local customs regulations, and any delays, inspections, or holds at customs are at the customer’s own risk. If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence; any resolution, including store credit valid for one month, will be provided at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.
